“Your condo is beautiful. I can not think of anything missing or wrong. It has an awesome view of both the ocean and Jaco town. It is close to the beach.
It has the advantage of not being right in the middle of the town where all the activities and night/day life take place, but it is only a few yards from them. Location is very convenient. The condo is nicely equipped and decorated.
The pool area is also big and well designed. We felt right at home. The manager was right on top of things making sure all was OK.

” I have visited many places throughout my years. With that said, the tiny town of Jaco blew everything else out of the water in comparison. In Jaco, one can truly escape from the world. The locals are very friendly and make you feel like one of their own. Everywhere you go, you are sure to be greeted by a smile. The food is excellent and hits the spot every time. The beaches, however, are the true crown jewel. The water is always warm and crystal clear with perfect waves to either surf or just to watch. One can spend day after day just on the beach alone. The condo I stayed out was in the perfect location. It was only a short walk to anything I desired, whether it is the beach, restaurants/shopping or simply the extraordinary club/dancing scene at night. The condo itself made you feel like a king. But by far, nothing beats watching the sunset over the ocean from the condo’s balcony after a nice dinner. The room was reasonably priced and had all the conveniences I could possibly ask for, and then some. From one traveler to another, it should be on everyone’s bucket list to experience beautiful Jaco at least once in their life. Be warned though, as soon as you come once, you’ll want to keep going back and back. The only negative moment of the entire trip was boarding the flight to go home knowing I was truly leaving paradise. ”

We had no problem understanding people, as most of the local residents speak English. We rented a car and drove ourselves around for the 10 day trip. The Condo was excellent, very clean, very comfortable, very nicely decorated and it has all the comforts of home. The view from the balcony is great, especially at sun set. The location is excellent since you can walk to town were there are many restaurants, shops and super markets. We had perfect beach weather. We walked to the beach and spent all Saturday morning there, we had lunch and we went out to dinner every night.
The property grounds are very well kept; very nice gardens and a great pool.
As Costa Ricans this is a great option to get away on the weekends and holidays.
With the new highway, you can get from the San Jose airport to Jaco in just one hour.
